Who is GFA?

GlassFab Architectural Consulting specializes in all facets of architectural glass manufacturing from float lines to glass processing to project applications; and partnered with Project Vision Dynamics in 2017 to develop a Virtual Technical Services℠ program. As an industry expert, Cliff Monroe is the primary GFA service provider and is supported by his many years of experience, robust knowledge of glass manufacturing, and network affiliations.


What is a Virtual Walk-Thru℠ or VWT℠?

A VWT℠ is a LIVE digital video chat between GFA and the customer via a smartphone or tablet. It requires internet capability and access.


What is Virtual Technical Services℠ or VTS℠?

A digital method of solving problems without the high costs of travel or on-site visits. VTS℠ allows you to bring GFA into your facility and have virtual face-to-face meetings or tailor online solutions without being physically present. It is a simple, accessible, and cost-efficient way to get questions professionally answered and issues resolved.


How do I purchase a service option from GFA?

To purchase services from GFA go to our service offerings page. You will see a button indicating “Request for Engagement”, open the link, complete the form and submit to begin your experience. Once you have submitted your request a representative will be in touch to confirm the service offering and to schedule the Virtual Walk-Thru℠ or commentary on Virtual Document Review. At this time, you will receive a Skype for Business invitation for the scheduled appointment time. You will receive a Letter of Engagement and an invoice from PayPal. Before scheduled services can be rendered, the signed Letter of Engagement and confirmed payment through PayPal must to be received by GFA. You can then begin your VWT℠ by joining your Skype for Business call via the invitation you received from GFA.


How do I know PayPal is safe and secure?

PayPal uses SSL Technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won’t receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number.


What are your hours of operation?

GFA is open Monday through Friday 6AM to 6 PM (Eastern Time Zone).
We do accept after-hour calls for Emergencies to our Direct line: 941-281-8251
After-hour calls are based on availability, and may be subject to additional costs and fees


What if I’m not sure what service(s) I want to purchase?

No problem! You can still complete the Request for Engagement, choose one or more of the services that you are interested in and we will contact you to learn more about your issue to decide what type of service offering is best for you.


Do I need a specific brand of tablet or smartphone?

No. Any tablet or smartphone that has a functioning camera, microphone, internet capability and access is suitable for our Virtual Walk-Thru℠.


Will our conversations or VWT℠ be recorded?

GFA may record or take screenshots of the Virtual Walk Thru℠ to reference later while servicing your issue, but will not be shared without your written permission. GFA will not at any time or for any reason share or provide information regarding your company, equipment, process or processes with anyone.


Will you discuss our business or issues with other clients?

No. GFA holds your issues, responses, and means & methods confidential. GFA will not at any time or for any reason share or provide information regarding your company, equipment, process or processes with anyone. GFA is receptive to signing your companies NDA.


What if I need to cancel or reschedule my service?

We ask that you cancel or reschedule your service 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you must cancel after this deadline GFA may assess a fee of up to 50% of your service fee.

If you have not made payment 24 hours prior to your scheduled time, we will cancel the service and it can be rescheduled after payment has been received.


How does the PayPal payment work?

Once your service has been confirmed by a representative you will receive an invoice via email from PayPal. Upon receipt of invoice, you can select the “View and Pay Invoice” button. This will take you to PayPal’s website and your detailed invoice. View the details of your invoice and select the “Pay Now” button. Follow the instructions as prompted from PayPal to complete payment.
